This individual will work with the Inventory Control team to help maintain accurate inventory counts. Will help with daily inventory transactions and perform physical counts and verifications as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify discrepancies, and the use of inventory management systems to track and update data. This individual must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in ways that foster good relationships with vendors, customers, co-workers and supervisors, while achieving and enhancing performance standards.

1. Assist with daily inventory receipts, Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders.
2. Assist with Batch Completions and container reconciliations.
3. Analyze inventory variances and determine the root cause of errors
4. Assist with Finished Goods and Raw material discrepancies.
5. Facilitate physical counts for BBD Raw material samples as needed.
6. Generate pull sheets for next day production.
7. Participate in physical inventory audits and year-end inventory processes. 
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to inventory control and safety.
9. Work with other departments to ensure we follow FIFO.
10. Work effectively with others in a fast pace environment. 
11. Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
12. Must have regular, punctual attendance.
13. Must have Forklift Experience.         
14. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

1. Minimun High School diploma
2. Must be familiar with production and inventory procedures.
3. Must have knowledge with mathematical calculations.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems preferred.
6. Must report to any company facility according to company need, sometimes with same-day notice.
